All ages and abilities welcome: novice, intermediate, advanced
Each session will be ABILITY coached at the APPROPRIATE level!

Two weekly sessions
Wednesays - 5:30 to 7:00 pm
Thursdays - 4:00 to 5:30 pm Womens Masters
Sundays - 2:00 to 3:30 pm
Wednesday, November 11th through Sunday, February

Sessions will focus on such things as...

• Training & technique, skate and classic
• Ski prep & waxing
• Goal setting
• Tips for Rookies & Pros
• The all important socializing
